Purpose Statement

Education (Minimum)

  • Grade 12 National Certificate / Vocational

Knowledge and Experience

Knowledge:

  • Microsoft Suite: Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint
  • General administration practices and processes
  • Basic technology and data handling
  • Typical office equipment, e.g., Printer, conferencing facilities

Experience:

  • 2+ years of experience in an administrative or secretarial role or office environment
