Job Description

The Truworths Stores Learnership for 2024 offers an opportunity for individuals to be cross-trained, enabling them to operate both on the sales floor and the service desk of a retail outlet. A key focus will be working with customers and managing stock.

What We Expect from You

• Work a minimum of 120 hours.
• Learn and form knowledge relevant to retail operations.
• Prepare for assessments.
• Assist customers with finding merchandise.
• Merchandise the store according to the MBP principles.
• Handle payments and purchases on the POS system.
• Open new accounts.
• Maintain or control stock losses.
• Build relationships with customers.
• Ensure customer security and safety.

Requirements

• Minimum educational qualification: Grade 10.
• Passion for fashion and retail.
