Job Description
To assist in the day-to-day administration of various sections of trusts and agencies in terms of laid down procedures. This will include the handling of and filtering of telephonic queries from clients.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications
- Secondary/High school/A levels/Matric
- Previous experience in the fiduciary service environment will be an advantage. Have a basic understanding of trust and managed agency administration.
Outputs
- Attend to all ad-hoc payments, non-res payments & supporting documents for processing, journals & investments and/or redemptions at request of relationship manager/officers in terms of procedural guidelines communicated from time to time.
- Request limit increases on payments which exceeds daily limits in place.
- Tracking of reminders and ensuring that all Trust workflows are attended to and closed out.
- Attend to the setting up of new Trusts in terms of on boarding workflows and continuous updating of information on iTrust and Customer 1st once Letters of Authority are received, adding all related parties and KYC, including registration with SARS.
- Collate information for the provisional tax, income tax and CGT schedules on request from the Relationship Manager/Officers.
