Position Type: Full-time, the leading South African online retailer, is looking for a highly talented SHERQ Administrator to join our team in Pretoria. We aim to pioneer e-commerce in South Africa and Africa, delivering great service and tackling interesting and inspiring challenges.

Job Description


SHE Management

  • Implement and maintain the SHE management system within the business unit.
  • Keep SHE files up-to-date and ensure information is accurate.
  • Maintain SHE appointments as per the appointment plan.
  • Identify, report, and mitigate SHE risks within the business unit.
  • Update and coordinate emergency response and evacuation plans.

Blue Area Management

  • Implement and maintain the blue area Standard Operating Procedures (SOP).
  • Ensure blue area layouts conform to the SOP and chairpersons conduct meetings accordingly.
  • Update SHE and 5S templates weekly.

5S Management

  • Implement and maintain the 5S SOP.
  • Assist in creating and implementing 5S standards.
  • Coordinate and maintain the business unit 5S zone layout and standards register.
  • Coordinate 5S audits and red tag events.

Attributes Required

  • Punctual, reliable, and trustworthy.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Strong communication skills and a good grasp of admin work.


  • Minimum of Grade 12.
  • SAMTRAC certificate.
  • A diploma in Health and Safety is advantageous.
