Recruitment Process
Step 1: Application for Position on Website
Your application will be evaluated and you will be invited for an official interview and testing phase.
Step 2: Recruitment Day
You need to submit a copy of the first page of your ID book, CV, proof of residence, personal bank account details (provide bank statement or letter from bank).

Step 3: Recruitment Testing
You will be required to write a literacy and numeracy proficiency test in order to proceed to the next step.
Step 4: Interview
You will conduct an interview with the relevant manager at the recruitment site, once you have passed steps 1, 2, and 3.

Step 5: Criminal Check
Upon conclusion of your interview, you will agree on a consent form that GP Retail Operations is permitted to run a criminal check on you.
Step 6: Contracting
It will take 48 hours to process your criminal check application. After this, you will be invited to complete your contract at a specified venue.
