Job Description
CCBSA has an opportunity for suitable students to gain on-the-job experience as Quality Assurance In-Service Trainees for a period of 12 months. These positions will report to a Team Leader.
Key Duties & Responsibilities
- Conduct quality tests, compile reports, and communicate out-of-line specifications to ensure product and package quality are maintained in line with Company standards. This helps minimize costs and ensures records are available for audit purposes.
Skills, Experience & Education
- Studying towards Microbiology, Biotechnology, Food Technology, or a related qualification.
- Completed theoretical modules and require practical exposure to complete the qualification.
Knowledge
- An understanding of microbiology, chemistry, biochemistry, physics, and mathematics related to the food industry, as well as laboratory policy and practices.
