Afrimat Hartebeesfontein, based in Balmoral, has a vacancy for an Admin Assistant (Fixed Term).
Minimum Experience & Key Competencies Requirements
- Matric / Grade 12.
- 2 years + experience as an Admin Assistant.
- Driver’s license (essential).
- Own car (advantage).
- Computer literate with proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Experience on CRM, SAGE 300, and On Key System (advantage).
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
Responsibilities
- Create work orders.
- Create purchase orders.
- Capture and order diesel.
- Monitor diesel usage on a weekly basis.
- Assist with timesheets.
- Filing of all admin documentation.
- Ordering of office equipment as and when required.
- Ordering of PPE as and when required.
- Assist at the weighbridge.
- Draft minutes of meetings as and when required.
Additional Information
The candidates must be medically fit in terms of the Mine Health and Safety Act and the Company standards for medical fitness. Candidates must preferably reside in the Balmoral area.
