Job Description
Motus Isuzu Kimberly currently holds a vacancy for a Picker Packer: Parts reporting to the Parts Manager. The person in this position will be responsible for unpacking and storing in correct bin location, incoming parts, and picking parts against correct documentation for delivery.

Specific Role Responsibilities
- Receive, unpack, check, and bin all incoming stock.
- Ensure that parts are free from damage and that the part number and label are correct before binning.
- Ensure the Admin department receives all relevant documentation with signatures.
- Ensure accuracy of binning.
- Update bin locations as per OEM specifications and standards.
- Pick all parts against a computerized invoice (unless otherwise stated) and hand to the appropriate authorized person.
- Examine and ensure all outgoing parts are free from damage before handing over to the appropriate person.
- Ensure accuracy of picking.
- Adhere to all safety and security policies set out by the company.
- Maintain and keep the warehouse clean and tidy at all times.
- Assist with perpetual and periodic stock counts.
- Perform any other reasonable duties that may be required from time to time.
- Be willing to work overtime during stocktaking.
- Deliver parts to outside suppliers, other branches, panel shop customers, customers, and any other destination required.
- Check vehicles for defects and ensure that they are locked.
- Check vehicle for damages and general roadworthy conditions.
- Report all accidents and traffic offenses.
- Collect all parts from other branches, customers, and outside suppliers.
- Ensure the condition of the parts is maintained at all times, and no damage occurs while in transit.
- Assist customers when delivering parts.
Qualifications and Experience
- A minimum of Grade 12.
- Area warehouse knowledge experience will be an advantage.
- Must have excellent verbal communication skills.
- Computer literacy is essential.
- Clear criminal record.
