Minimum Requirements
- Grade 12 certificate or equivalent
- Relevant experience and qualifications (where applicable) for each position.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

- Ability to work as part of a team and independently when required.
Key Responsibilities
Trainee Store Manager
Assisting in managing store operations, learning about inventory management, staff supervision, and customer service.
Store Manager
Overseeing store operations, managing staff, ensuring customer satisfaction, and achieving sales targets.
GRS – Goods Receiving Supervisor
Overseeing the receiving and storage of goods, managing inventory, and ensuring efficient operations.
General Assistant
Assisting with various tasks in the store, including stocking shelves, assisting customers, and maintaining cleanliness.
Cashier
Handling cash transactions, processing payments, and providing excellent customer service.
IR Officer
Managing employee relations, ensuring compliance with labor laws, and resolving workplace issues.
Assistant Manager
Supporting store operations, supervising staff, and assisting the store manager in achieving goals.
End Controller
Monitoring inventory, ensuring accurate stock levels, and coordinating stocktakes.
Forklift Driver
Operating forklift equipment, loading and unloading materials, and maintaining a safe working environment.
System Supervisor
Overseeing the store’s computer systems, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring smooth operations.
