Purpose of the Position
The role is designed to maximize and catalyze customer recruits within the General Trade channel. Preferably looking for candidates who reside in Paarl, Wellington, Malmesbury, Overberg, Caledon, Villiersdorp, and Swellendam.

Requirements
- Grade 12 or relevant qualification.
- Business English: Fluent.
- Code 10 Motor Vehicle License.

Duties and Responsibilities
- Increase customer recruitment/onboarding within the General Trade Channel.
- Ensure visits to all appointments made for customer recruits.
- Coordinate the account application process until complete.
- Source new business to develop an active buying customer base within the General Trade channel.
- Introduce Clover within the General Trade channel to satisfy customers’ needs.
- Ensure a minimum of 125 customers are onboarded/recruited on a monthly basis.
- Provide and support ongoing excellent service to customers.
- Develop and maintain excellent customer service.
- Ensure that all customer queries are attended to.
- Ensure that customers are notified about accounts opened.
- Liaise with Sales Reps and Area Managers on all onboarded customers.
- Coordinate the customer handover process to Sales Reps and Area Managers.
- Record and report feedback on customers not recruited: reasons for rejection.
